"As the son of a Viking leader on the cusp of manhood, shy Hiccup Horrendous Haddock the Third faces a rite of passage: He must capture and train a dragon to prove his warrior mettle. "I took my ten year old son to see this the other night. He loved it and I didn't hate it. The plot was cute enough and the animation was great but that's as far as it got. Like I said the kids will love it but as for most adults well, it's one of those animated features that we can put up with, but not really dig. It's no Shrek..."
